Tavistock AC and Tamar Trail Runners are pleased to stage this evening fell race with 2 supporting younger age group events.The event has an FRA licence and all the courses will be partially marked and marshaled.

This year sunshine has been requested but we are purchasing waterproof numbers just in case !?Junior 8-11 yrs 2k with 75m of ascent, starting at 17:30, 50p entry on day only..
Youth 12-15 yrs 4.0k with 100m of ascent, starting at 18:00, 50p entry on day only
Adults Race 16+yrs 9.0k, with 340m of ascent, starting at 18:45, £7 on line entry plus 50p booking fee.
All senior entries on the day will be £9, closing 20 minutes before race starts.

Toilet facilities will be available. There will be light refreshments available.Adult course is gentle rise to right of Pew Tor, then taking track past Vixen tor, following well marked path northwards crossing a leat. A simple road crossing, following markers to Middle staple tor, drop down valley via broad path and ascend to top of Cox tor, turning a sharp left, the route drops down to Pork hill car park, then fast flat running to leat at Feather Tor, gentle last up hill to Pew tor and fast final descent to finish. This a short Cat B race. No Compulsory kit but whistles and a light raincoat recommended. If there is a severe weather forecast check this site for details.
