This an endurance running group.
Most who train with us participate in road running, cross country and track (middle/long distance).
We publish a 7 day-per-week/52 weeks-per-year series of training programs and meet Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday for club-based, coach-led sessions.
The club-based sessions follow the published training programme but they are flexible to suit the individual and their goals. The sessions are primarily track based, on the road and, in the summer months, off road.
We are a friendly, welcoming and hard working group and cater for all abilities. We have a common aim – we are all looking to improve.
